Send fitters their jobs

Send each fitter their jobs for a day, with times, addresses, calendar invites, job sheets and cutting plans.

Send a day

1. On the Calendar, pick the day and tap Send to team beside the day’s jobs.
2. Each person booked that day has a tab under Who it goes to. Use Someone else for anyone not on the bookings.
3. On each tab, tick what goes: Jobs, Calendar invites, Job sheets and Cutting plans. Change the message if you like.
4. Tap Send email, or Share… to send it by WhatsApp or a text instead.
5. To do everyone at once, tap Send each person their jobs. Each person gets only their own jobs.

Each job comes with its time, the address with a map link, the customer’s phone and the notes.

Who can do this? The people who can book: Owner, Office and Sales.

Send job packs for the coming days

Which plans? Team. Who can do this? Owner and Office.

1. Tap Send job packs at the top of the Calendar or the Jobs page.
2. Under Which days, tick the days, or The coming week.
3. Check Who gets them and What goes in each pack: Job sheet, Cutting plan and Measure sheet.
4. Under When, choose Send now or Pick a time.

Each person gets one email for all their days, with only their part of each job: their rooms, their lines and, if you show it, their pay. Never the customer’s prices.

Good to know

• Turn on Send job packs automatically every day at and pick a time. Each day the next working day’s packs go out, even with every device closed. Set your Working days in the same place.
• Packs made with Pick a time are built from the jobs as they are now. If a job changes before then, cancel it and send again.
• Bookings that changed or were cancelled since the last send are marked Changed or Cancelled in the email.
• No signal? The emails wait in your outbox and go as soon as you’re online.
