Choose what shows on your estimates and invoices

Set the colour, the details shown, the expiry and due dates, grouped lines and terms for your documents.

Open Settings › Document layouts. Changes apply to new estimates, invoices and job sheets.

Colour

Accent Colour is the highlight colour on your documents: headings, borders and totals. Extra business profiles use their own colour.

What’s shown

Under Display Options, switch details on or off, such as Show Company Name, Show Unit Prices, Show Quantities and Show Sub-Totals. Tap Show all to see every option.

Under Additional PDF Options:

  • Brand and colour on documents prints products as brand, range and colour, for example “Cormar – Velvet Twist – Silver”, instead of only the range.
  • Show Detailed Measurements on Line Items adds room names, sizes and cutting plan details to each line. Off, only the item names show.

Expiry and due dates

  • Estimates valid for: new estimates expire this many days after the issue date.
  • Invoices due after: new invoices are due this many days after the issue date. 0 means Due on receipt.

You can still change the dates on each estimate or invoice.

Grouped lines

Tap Grouped sections under PDF Export Grouping to combine items into one line on your PDFs, for example all the gripper on a job as one line, or all the labour.

Terms and conditions

Under Terms and conditions there’s a separate row for Estimate T&Cs, Invoice T&Cs, Quick Estimate T&Cs and Quick Invoice T&Cs. Tap one to write your own. They print at the end of the document. Leave a row empty to use the default wording.

Numbering is on this page too: see Estimate, invoice and job numbers.
