Log in and reset your password

Log in the same way you signed up, and use a reset link if you forget your password.

Log in

1. Open the Android app, or go to app.weavaworx.com.
2. Signed up with Google? Tap Continue with Google.
3. Otherwise type your Email and Password and tap Log in.

Forgotten your password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Type your email and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email and tap the link.
4. On Reset your password, type your New password twice and tap Update password.

The new password must be different from ones you’ve used for this account before. If the page says the link has expired or is invalid, ask for a new reset email.

If it won’t let you in

• Email or password doesn’t look right: check both for typos. If you signed up with Google, use that button instead.
• Asked to confirm your email: you haven’t tapped the link in your sign-up email yet. The app takes you to a screen where you can resend it.
• Too many attempts: wait a moment, then try again.
• Security check fails: check your connection, turn off any VPN or ad blocker, and make sure your device’s date and time are set to automatic.
