Export your data

Download your contacts, invoices, payments and estimates as CSV files, and your estimates and invoices as PDFs.

CSV files

1. Open Contacts, Invoices, Payments or Estimates.
2. On a phone, tap ⋯ at the top. On a computer, click Export.
3. Pick the file you want. Contacts, invoices and payments come laid out for the accounting software named in the list. Estimates come as one CSV.

PDFs of your estimates and invoices

1. Open Estimates or Invoices.
2. Press and hold a row to start selecting, then tick the ones you want.
3. Tap Download. The app makes a PDF of each one.

Good to know

• If something can’t go in an export, the app tells you, for example an invoice with no customer name.
• Swiss businesses working in CHF also get Banana Accounting and Swiss CSV (bexio) files for invoices and payments.
• Thinking of closing your account? Export first. Once an account is deleted, nothing can be recovered. See Delete your account.
