Before you start
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 30-day trial starts without a card. Add one before it ends to carry on; if you don’t, it simply stops and nothing is charged.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Your active and recent jobs stay on the phone, and you can keep any other job there too. Changes sync between your devices when you’re back online.
Can my customers pay me online?
Yes, on every plan. Your customer pays by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank, straight into your own account. WeavaWorx takes no cut; only the card provider’s own fee applies.
Which phones does it work on?
Any Android phone or iPhone. Open app.weavaworx.com and add it to your home screen, and it opens like any other app. The Android app is coming to Google Play.
Does it keep the pile running one way?
Yes. Arrange never turns a piece by itself. It can suggest rooms to turn to save carpet, and you decide.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export invoices, payments and contacts as CSV, and download every PDF you’ve made.
