  • Estimates Valid for 30 days unless you change it. Mark as sent, duplicate, or convert to an invoice.
  • Live preview On a computer, the PDF updates beside the form as you type.
  • Invoices Draft, sent, paid or overdue. Due in 30 days unless you change it.
  • Job sheets The booking, the fitters, the rooms and the work to do.

Payments

Every payment, against the job

Record a deposit, a payment, a tip, a refund or an adjustment, and how it was paid: cash, cheque, card, bank transfer or other. Record & send emails the receipt. A deposit taken on the project counts towards its invoices.

One screen to send it all

Choose who it is from and to, add Cc and Bcc, and attach estimates, invoices, job sheets, cutting plans, floor plans, photos and files. Files too big to attach go as download links. If you are offline, the email waits and sends itself later.

Several businesses, one app

Each business profile has its own logo, tax number, bank details for invoices, numbering and accent colour. Choose what prints on each document. PDFs come out on A4 or US Letter to suit your country.
