Your storage allowance and what happens when it’s full

Each plan includes space for photos and files. The app warns you as it fills up, and uploads stop when it’s full.

How much you get

• Pro: 10 GB
• Pro Plus: 100 GB
• Team: 100 GB shared by the business

Photos, PDFs, logos, profile images and attachments all count.

Check what you’ve used

Open Settings › Subscription. It shows your Storage allowance: and a Storage used bar. The same bar is in Settings › Storage.

As it fills up

• At 80% and again at 95%, a notice appears under the bar.
• At 100%, uploads are blocked until you free up space or move to a bigger plan.

Make room

• Delete photos and files you no longer need.
• On Pro, move up to Pro Plus for ten times the space. See Change your plan.

Good to know: Clear cached files in Settings › Storage only frees space on your phone or computer, not your plan’s storage. See Check storage and free up space on this device.
