Set up your business with Get started

A new business sees a short Get started list at the top of Jobs. Each step ticks itself off when it’s done.

The steps

Your business name and logo

Opens Account and profile. Under Company Information, fill in your Company Name, address, phone and email, and tap Upload Logo. The name and logo go on your estimates and invoices.

Do you charge VAT?

Answer Yes or No right in the list. Yes adds VAT to new estimates and invoices, and No leaves it off. You can change it later in Settings › Tax.

Your everyday prices (2 min)

1. Fill in what you charge for Fitting, Uplift and disposal, Underlay, Gripper, Door profile, Stair charge, Spray adhesive and Smoothing compound.
2. Leave any box blank to skip it. Tap + Add another for things like adhesive, primer, tape or furniture moving.
3. Tap Save and continue. The prices go into your Price list, ready for your first job.

Make your first estimate

Starts a new job. See Your first job, start to finish.

Invite your team

Only on the Team plan. Opens Team so you can invite your office staff and fitters.

Good to know

• The top of the list shows how far you are, for example “1 of 4 done”.
• Tap Not now to hide the list. Everything in it is also in Settings: Account and profile, Tax and Price list.
