Add places for more people

Team includes 3 people; for each person after that you add a place to the plan.

Who can do this? The Owner.

Which place a person needs

• Fitter place, £7.99 a month: someone whose only role is Fitter.
• Office place, £14.99 a month: anyone who is Office, Estimator or Sales, including someone who is also a Fitter.

The 3 included people cover the dearer office places first, so you pay for the cheapest mix. For example, with you, Office and three fitters (Dan, Lee and one more), the included places cover you, Office and one fitter, and you add two fitter places.

Add a place

1. Go to Settings › Team. The top shows how many places are used, for example 4 of 4 places used.
2. When every place is in use, an Add a place button shows under it. Tap it.
3. Tap Add an office place or Add a fitter place. It’s added to your plan and billed with it from today.

If you invite someone when all places are in use, the invite tells you which place to add first, with a button to add it.

Change the number of places

1. Go to Settings › Subscription and find People on the plan.
2. Set Extra office places and Extra fitter places.
3. Tap Save places. The next invoice is adjusted for the days left.

You can’t remove a place someone is using. Remove the person or cancel their invite first.

Good to know

• Giving a fitter the Estimator role as well moves them to an office place. The app tells you before you save.
• Each extra person adds 2 hours a month of Measure by voice for the business.
• On a yearly plan, an office place is £149.90 a year and a fitter place £79.90 a year.
