Invite people to your team

Invite someone by email, choose their roles, and they join your business with their own sign-in.

Which plans? Team. Who can do this? The Owner.

Send the invite

1. Go to Settings › Team and tap Invite.
2. Enter their Email.
3. Under Roles (tick all that apply), tick Office, Estimator, Sales or Fitter. Under the roles it says whether they use an office place or a fitter place.
4. If they’re already in your contacts, for example Dan, a fitter you’ve been booking, tap Choose their contact card. Bookings and job sheets already given to that contact carry across to them.
5. Tap Send invite.

You can also tap Share invite link and send the same link yourself by WhatsApp or text. The link works once, for 7 days.

What they do

1. They open the link in the email.
2. New to WeavaWorx: they tap Sign up and join. Already have an account: I already have an account, then sign in with the email you invited.
3. Your business appears in their businesses, and their own data stays separate.

Good to know

• Until they join, they show as Invited · not joined yet. Tap ⋯ on their row for Resend invite or Cancel invite.
• If all your places are in use, the app says which place to add first. See Add places for more people.
• To change someone’s roles later, tap ⋯ on their row, then Change roles.
• To take someone off, tap ⋯, then Remove from the team. They lose access at once; everything they did stays in the business.
• Opening an invite needs a connection.
