Change your plan

Move between Pro, Pro Plus and Team. The app tells you when the change happens before you confirm.

Who can do this? Only the business owner.

If you pay by card on the website

1. Sign in at app.weavaworx.com in a browser and open Settings › Subscription.
2. Under Change plan, tap Change to Pro Plus, or whichever plan you want.
3. Read when it happens, then tap Change plan.

A change either happens now, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period, or on the date your paid period ends, with nothing changing until then. The confirmation tells you which.

A change waiting for its date shows as “Changes to Pro on …”. Tap Keep with your current plan’s name to stay on it.

Leaving Team

Pro and Pro Plus are for one person. Before you confirm, the app lists the people who can’t open the business on the new plan. Nothing is deleted: their logins, roles and jobs stay, and they get straight back in if you choose Team again. Any extra places come off your bill.

If you pay through Google Play

Change between Pro and Pro Plus in Google Play’s subscriptions. Team isn’t sold in Google Play: see Buy the Team plan and add places.

• On Team, change the number of people under People on the plan instead.
