Job sheets for installers
Every job has a job sheet built from the job as it is now, and you can make extra job sheets for a single visit or a set of rooms.
The job’s own job sheet
- Open the job and tap Documents, then Job sheets under Saved.
- At the top is This job’s job sheet. Tap View.
There is nothing to make or save. It shows once the job has rooms and products, and it changes when the job changes.
On the Team plan, each installer sees Your job sheet on the job in their own app, with only their rooms. If Show installers their pay on jobs is on, it shows their pay too, never what the customer pays.
Make a job sheet for a visit
- On the job, tap Documents, then Job sheet under Create.
- Add a Job sheet title if you want one, and choose the Booking. The installers are taken from the booking. Changes here apply to this job sheet only.
- Under Notes, tap Use job notes or type notes for this visit.
- Under Items, check a section to include all of it, or open it to choose items and rooms.
- Tap Preview Job Sheet, or Save draft to finish later.
Send it
- In the preview, tap Send. Or tap Download or Share to pass the PDF on another way.
- Check who it goes to, the Subject and the Message, then send.
To send a job sheet with cutting plans, floor plans or photos in one email, use Send documents.
Good to know
- The job sheet prints the site address when the job isn’t at the customer’s address.
- Saved job sheets get a number from your job numbers. See Estimate, invoice and job numbers.
