Set your everyday prices and labor rates
Save your products, labor and extras with their prices once, then add them to any job.
Who can do this? Only the Owner and Office can change the price list.
Start with your everyday prices
- Open Settings › Price list.
- If it’s empty, tap Add your everyday prices.
- Fill in what you charge for things like Installation, Tear-out and disposal, Pad, Tack strip and Transition. Leave any blank to skip it. Tap + Add another for anything missing.
- Tap Save and continue.
Add more items
- In Settings › Price list, tap Add and choose the section: carpet, flooring, pad or underlayment, tack strip, transition strips, leveling compound, plywood and panels, labor, or extras and consumables.
- On a job, open an item’s ⋯ menu and tap Save to price list. If it’s already saved, you can update the price or save it as a new item.
Use it on a job
When you add carpet, pad, labor or an extra to a job, pick it from your price list, or tap Empty for a blank item.
Good to know
- Changing the price list never changes a job or a sent estimate.
- If a price changes after you’ve used it, the job shows the new list price next to the job’s price. Tap Use the new price or Keep.
- An item priced in another currency can’t be added to a job in a different currency. The app doesn’t guess exchange rates.
- Search the list by name, and tap the star on an item’s card to mark the ones you use most. They show a ★ in the list.
