Free trade account for installers and estimators

If you install or estimate for flooring businesses that use WeavaWorx, a free trade account lets you take their jobs and invoice them.

What you get

• The jobs the businesses share with you, under Jobs.
• Your own invoice numbers and bank details.
• Every invoice to every business you work for in one place, with what’s owed to you.

It’s free for as long as you only invoice businesses that share jobs with you.

Sign up as an installer or estimator

1. On the login screen, tap Create an account.
2. Check I work for flooring businesses as an installer or estimator – free trade account to invoice them.
3. Choose Installer or Estimator.
4. Finish signing up with Google or your email. You go straight to your jobs, with no plan screen.

Already joined a business by invite?

1. Open My invoices.
2. Type Your name or trading name.
3. Tap Start invoicing (free). You need a connection for this.

Good to know

• A free trade account can only take jobs from businesses and invoice them. To run your own jobs, estimates and customers, or to invoice anyone else, choose Pro, Pro Plus or Team.
• If you move to a paid plan, your invoices, details and rates come with you. Tap See plans to compare.
• People marked as an employee of a business don’t invoice it, so they don’t see invoices.
