Change your login email

Type your new email in Account and profile, then tap the confirmation link WeavaWorx sends to it.

Change it

1. Tap You, then your name, to open Account and profile. On a computer, click your photo at the top right.
2. Next to Email Address, tap Change.
3. Type the new address under Change Login Email and tap Update Email.
4. Open the email sent to the new address and tap the link.

Until you tap the link, you keep logging in with your old address.

Signed up with Google?

If Google is your only way to log in, your login email is managed by Google and can’t be changed here. Add a password first, then disconnect Google. See Change your password or sign-in method.

Good to know

• Your login email is yours, not the business’s. It’s the same in every business you’re part of.
• The email on your estimates and invoices is separate: it’s the Company Email under Company Information.
• No email? Check your spam folder, and check the new address for typos.
