Delete your account

You can delete your WeavaWorx account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by asking us.

Delete it in the app

  1. Sign in to WeavaWorx on your phone or at app.weavaworx.com.
  2. Open Settings, then Account & Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account and follow the steps to confirm.

Before you delete

  • Keep anything you need. Download your PDFs and export your invoices, payments and contacts as CSV first. Once the account is deleted, they can’t be recovered.
  • Subscribed on the website? Your subscription is canceled straight away when you delete your account, and you won’t be charged again.
  • Subscribed through Google Play or the App Store? The store bills you, and the subscription keeps renewing after your account is deleted. Cancel it in your store subscriptions first.

Can’t sign in?

Send us a deletion request from the email address on the account using the contact form, and we’ll confirm by email once it’s done.

What is deleted

Straight away: your account, your projects and documents, photos and files, contacts, bookings and settings. A subscription you took out on the website is canceled, and your customer record with our payment provider is deleted. The subscription emails we sent you are removed.

What is kept

  • Payment records. Our payment provider keeps its own record of the invoices and payments you made, because tax law requires it. Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase records too.
  • Free trial check. A one-way code made from your email address, and the dates of your free trial, so the same address can’t start another free trial within 12 months. The code can’t be turned back into your email address. It’s deleted 12 months after the trial ends.
  • A note that the account was deleted. It’s removed after 30 days.
  • Messages to our support team. They’re deleted 90 days after the account is deleted, so we can still answer anything about it, such as a payment question.
  • Backups. Copies of the database are kept for 7 days and then replaced, so your data is gone from backups within 7 days of deleting your account.
