Work for more than one business, or leave one

One login can belong to several businesses, for example a fitter who works for two shops, and each business’s data stays separate.

Switch business

1. Tap You. Under Your businesses you see each one with your roles in it, and Open now beside the one you’re in.
2. Tap another business to open it.

To join another business, use the link in its invite email, or go to Settings › Your role, tap Join with an invite and paste the link.

One calendar for all of them

• The Calendar shows your bookings from every business you work for. A chip for each business lets you see one on its own.
• A booking from another business is marked with its name and is view only. Tap Open there to switch to that business.
• If two of your bookings overlap, even in different businesses, the app shows Same time as and the other job. Tap It’s fine if you meant it.

Leave a business

1. Open the business you want to leave.
2. Go to Settings › Your role.
3. Tap Leave Northfield Flooring, then Leave.

You lose access to its jobs at once and its data is removed from your devices. Everything you did stays with the business. To come back, ask the Owner for a new invite.

Good to know

• Leaving needs a connection.
• The Owner can’t leave. They hand the business over to someone in the team (who becomes the Owner when they accept), or close it, from Settings › Team.
• If the Owner removes you, the business’s jobs and details are taken off your device. Your own business and your other businesses aren’t touched.
