When a plan ends

When a plan ends you can still look at everything, but nothing can be changed or sent until the owner renews.

What you’ll see

A notice under the header says The plan has ended. You can look at everything but not change it. It also shows the date everything is kept until.

• Jobs, estimates, invoices, plans and photos are all still there to open and read.
• You can’t change anything or send emails.
• Photos and files waiting to upload stay on the device and upload once the plan is renewed.

Renew

1. The business owner taps Renew on the notice.
2. The plan screen opens on the plan the business had. Pick monthly or yearly and pay.

Once the payment goes through, everything can be changed again. If it still looks locked, tap Refresh Status in Settings › Subscription.

On a team

Everyone in the business sees the notice. Only the owner can renew, so others are asked to contact the owner.

Good to know

• Nothing is deleted when the plan ends. After the date on the notice, the business’s data is deleted, so renew before then if you want to keep it.
• A payment that fails isn’t the same as a plan ending. See Manage or cancel your plan.
