The fitter’s job page

A fitter on the Team plan sees their jobs, opens the job sheet and plans, and marks the job done from the phone.

Find your jobs

The Jobs tab lists the jobs you’re booked to or added to, under Today, Tomorrow and Coming up. Jobs the office shared for you to look at show under Shared with me. Finished jobs stay in Past jobs for 30 days; after that, use Search older jobs.

On the job

• Directions on the customer card opens Google Maps with the route to the site. Call rings the customer.
• Job sheet opens Your job sheet, always up to date with your rooms and, if the business shows it, your pay.
• Below are the Cutting plans, any Floor plans, Files and the job’s notes.
• Photo takes you to the job’s photos so you can add before and after shots.

You never see the customer’s prices, other customers or other fitters’ pay.

Mark the job done

1. If the customer is there, tap Customer sign-off. They check their name, can sign with a finger, and tap Save sign-off. The name and time are saved with the job.
2. Tap Mark done on the bar at the bottom, then Mark done again to confirm. The office is told the work is finished.

On a measuring visit the button is Measure done: add each room’s name, width and length and tap Send sizes.

If you can’t make it

1. On the Jobs tab, tap Can’t do it on the job’s card.
2. Pick what happened, such as Van broke down or Customer not in, add a note if you like, and tap Tell the office.

You stay booked until the office moves it, and you get a notice when they do.

Good to know

• No signal in a basement? Mark done, sign-off and photos are kept on the phone and sent when you’re back online. The screen shows Waiting for a connection until then.
• A job finished more than 30 days ago is view only. You can still open the job sheet and download the photos.
