Find your way around the app

On a phone you move around with the bar at the bottom of the screen. On a computer the same places are in the menu down the left.

The bottom bar on a phone

• Jobs: your home page. Your jobs, the week’s bookings coming up, and New Job.
• Calendar: measures, fittings and other bookings.
• Contacts: your customers and other contacts.
• Payments: money in, with Invoices and Estimates as tabs across the top.
• You: your account, Settings, your plan and help. It shows your photo.

A dot on You means something in Settings needs you. Open You, then Settings, and look under Needs your attention.

The You page

• Tap your name for Account and profile: your details, login email, password and photo.
• If you’re in more than one business, switch between them here.
• Settings, Subscription and Help and support.
• Log out at the bottom.

On a computer

The menu down the left has Jobs, Calendar, Contacts, Payments, Estimates, Invoices and Settings. Click your photo at the top right for Account and profile.

Settings

Settings is one list in groups: You, Business, Documents and payments, Jobs and pricing, Team, This device and Help. Type in Search settings to find a page by name, for example “logo” or “VAT”.

If your menu looks different

On the Team plan, each person only sees what their role allows. The bar changes in the middle:

• Estimators see Contacts and Estimates instead of Payments.
• Fitters see Jobs, Calendar, Photos, Invoices and You.

Jobs always comes first, Calendar second and You last.
