Problems before they happen

Needs attention looks two weeks ahead for bookings with no fitter, customers who have not been emailed or have changed since, fitters booked in two places at once, and jobs still waiting for a fitting date.

Customers

Emails with a calendar invite

When a booking is confirmed, moved or cancelled, the customer can get an email with the calendar invite attached. Choose for each type of email: off, ask me each time, or always.

• Drag to move Move a booking to another day, then choose whether to tell the customer.

Fitters

Send a fitter their day

Send to team puts a fitter’s jobs for the day into one email, with a calendar invite for each job and the cutting plans if you tick them. Or tap Share to send it another way from your phone.

• Fitters are contacts Mark a contact as a fitter to put them on bookings and job sheets.

Job location

Pin the job to the right door

New builds, farms, flats round the back: when the map can’t find an address, or finds the wrong end of the street, drop a pin on the site by hand, or use where you’re standing when you measure. The pin is saved on the job, so every booking for it, Directions and Send to team go to the same spot.

• Open the pin in Maps Open in Maps takes you to the pin in Google Maps, not to the middle of the postcode.
• Share the location Send the pin to a fitter or the customer from your phone’s share menu.
• Works with no signal The map is saved on the job, and a pin set on site saves on the phone and syncs later.
• Address changed? If someone edits the address, WeavaWorx asks whether the pin is still right.

In your own calendar too

Subscribe to your WeavaWorx calendar link in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar and your bookings show up there. On a phone you get a month strip and the day’s jobs as cards; on a computer, month and week views.
