Each room comes back as a card. If it isn’t sure, it asks one question. Try it: answer the question, swap length and width, or choose whether moving furniture is Labour or an Extra.
- Asks, doesn’t guess “Is it 3.04?” “Did you mean Heritage Twist?” One tap to answer.
- Wrong way round? Tap ⇄ and length and width swap over.
- Updates, never duplicates A room already on the job is updated and keeps its cutting plan.
- Undo After adding, Undo puts every room back as it was.
What it understands
Say it the way you’d say it on site.
Rooms and sizes
“Two fifty by three four”, “three oh four”, “85 centimetres”, or feet and inches. “Long” and “wide” decide which is which.
Corrections
“No, make that”, “scratch that” and “same as the last one”. A room said twice keeps the later sizes.
Stairs
Straights, winders with their sizes, a bullnose and the landing. Finish the run in the staircase builder.
Underlay, gripper, profiles
Underlay yes, no or existing. Door profiles: double, single, Z-bar, threshold, reducer.
Prep and extras
Smoothing compound, sheet underlayment, furniture moving, uplift of the old floor, door trimming.
Your products and words
It matches your own product list and never invents one. Teach it the words you use on site.

How many minutes do I get?
Pro includes a free 10-minute try. Pro Plus includes 5 hours a month. Team includes 10 hours a month shared by the business, plus 2 hours for each extra person. Only the time you’re talking counts. Minutes reset on the 1st of each month.
Is the recording kept?
No. The sound is turned into words and then thrown away. Only the words are saved, with the job.
Does it work in feet and inches?
Yes. It follows your business setting: metres, or feet and inches.
Can my fitters use it?
On the Team plan the owner can switch it on for fitters booked to measure. They send the rooms and sizes to the office, never prices.
