Check rows
You check every row
Nothing changes until you press Save. Rows that need a look are put to one side, and anything you don’t sell, you untick.
- Trade prices only? Add your markup and the selling prices are worked out for you.
- VAT included? If the list says so, take the VAT off in one go.
- The right section Carpet, flooring, underlay, gripper, transition strips: each row gets a section suggested from its words, and you can change any.
- Excel and CSV Read on your phone or computer and never sent anywhere. Match the columns once and each supplier’s layout is remembered.
On the job
Pick it on any job
Tap + Add on a job and your price list comes first. Choose the range and its colour, widths and price fill in. Tick the ranges you sell to keep them as My products on your phone, ready with no signal.
- A price per roll width Give the 5 m roll its own price when the supplier does.
- Labour and extras too Fitting per m², uplift and disposal, stair charge, adhesive by the tin.
- Save from a job Anything you price on a job can be saved to the price list from its ⋯ menu.
- Sent estimates stay put Changing the price list never changes a job or an estimate you’ve sent.

Before anything is saved, WeavaWorx shows what changed since the last list: prices up, prices down, new ranges and ranges gone. Update My products in one go, and jobs keep the price they had.
Supplier prices
Your profit on every job, kept to yourself
Each item can hold what you pay the supplier. The job’s summary then shows a Profit line. It’s never on estimates, invoices, job sheets or emails.
- In a team Only the owner and the office see supplier prices and profit. Sales and estimators see selling prices, and fitters see no prices at all.
In the shop
Big lists at the desk. The same prices in the van.
Import a long list on the shop computer with room to check every row. Everyone in the business then picks from the same price list on their phone, on site or in the showroom.
About price lists
Which plans can import price lists?
Every plan has a price list and can import Excel and CSV files. Pro Plus and Team can also have PDF price lists read by AI, 20 a month.
What if the AI gets a row wrong?
You see every row before anything is saved, and rows it isn’t sure about are kept apart for you to look at. Change a row, untick it, or go back.
Is my price list used to train AI?
No. The PDF is sent to the AI service only to be read. It isn’t used to train AI. We don’t keep it, and the AI service deletes it within 30 days. Excel and CSV files never leave your phone or computer.
My supplier only gives trade prices. What do I charge?
Add a markup while you import and the selling prices are worked out from the trade prices. The trade price is kept as your supplier price, hidden from customers.
Does a price change alter my sent estimates?
No. A job takes a copy of the price when you add it. If the price list changes later, the job shows the new price and you choose whether to use it.
