About plans and billing
How long does the launch price last?
Twelve months from when you join, for businesses that join in the first three months after launch. Extra people on Team are always full price.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 30-day trial starts without a card. Add one before it ends to carry on; if you don’t, it simply stops and nothing is charged.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving up happens straight away and is charged for the days left. Moving down happens at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period. After that everything is read-only and kept for 12 months, so you can come back or export it.
Do the voice minutes roll over?
No. They reset on the 1st of each month. A recording can run 2 minutes over so you can finish the room.
Can I pay through Google Play?
Pro and Pro Plus can be bought in the Android app through Google Play, which shows its own price. The Team plan is bought on the website.
